Planning Your Event at Grace
So, you are planning an event at Grace... you have come to the right place! Filling out the forms below has you well on your way to making your event a reality.
Communication Request
This communication request form allows our office to collect all the information we need in order to accurately communicate your event to our church body. (That means this is only necessary if this is a public event. If you are reserving a room for a team meeting or something of that order, you do not need to fill out a communication request form.)
GCC Room request
The first step is to make your room reservation. Once we've received your request for your room reservation, a member of the Grace office will be contacting you. (Events meeting off-site do not need to make a room reservation, but you may still want to fill out a communication request if you wish to promote your event to the church.)
