Summer Camp Parent Meeting

Parents, join us for an important meeting about our Grace Students Summer Camp trip to FUGE Camps 2026! This will be a chance to learn everything you need to know about camp—including location details, costs, travel plans, fundraising opportunities, and why this week is such a life-changing experience for students. Whether your student has been to camp before or this will be their first time, we encourage all parents to attend. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, hear about safety and expectations, and catch the vision for what God will do through camp this summer. Don’t miss it—we can’t wait to share with you what camp is all about!

Come join us, people of all ages, to worship God through song! If you've been to one of our worship nights before, you know how special they can be! If you haven't been before and you love to praise the Lord, you won't want to miss this night! We’ll see you there!

If you want to learn more about Grace, we would love to give you an introduction to who we are and what we are all about. Join us following the 10:45am service for a great opportunity to meet some of our staff and elders and find out how you can get connected.

And, because we are serious about wanting you to come, we will feed you pizza and watch your kids for free!

Our days are numbered by God, and we are called to steward them well. Whether you’re young or old, come hear Marilyn Reimer as she encourages us to continue running the race well until the very end. Meal provided.

Childcare is provided if registered. $5 suggested donation.

The eight individuals from Grace who traveled to Botswana in July will discuss their experiences hosting a retreat for local pastors and their spouses, as well as visiting three of those churches.

At Grace, our elders play a crucial role in leading our church family—protecting and teaching sound doctrine.

Elders serve three-year terms, which means each year we welcome new leaders as others finish their season of service. The process begins with nominations, and that’s where you come in.

We’d love for you to prayerfully consider who God might be calling to serve.

Let’s kick off the school year together with food, fun, and fellowship! We’re inviting all Grace Students and their families for a special evening to connect and enjoy some great eats.

This is the perfect chance for parents to get a glimpse of what God is doing in Grace Students this year and to meet the leaders walking alongside your teens. We can’t wait to share the vision for an exciting year ahead!

What to bring:
Girls → a side dish
Boys → a dessert
We’ll provide the burgers, hot dogs, and drinks!

Come hungry, bring the whole crew, and let’s start the year off right!

On August 25th at 7 pm, we will meet at the flagpole of the school of your choice to cover each school simultaneously. There will be a person at each school to facilitate. We will pray for students, staff, and administration as the new year begins.

Come join us Saturday evening for food, fun, and games at Dave and Marilyn Reimer's lovely home! We'll cookout, hangout, and connect with each other throughout the evening outside in the Summer together. (Meat provided, just bring a side/dessert to share.) Arrive at 5 pm and eat at 6 pm. See you there!

International Students, Inc. is collecting clean, used furniture for their Great GiveAway event in August. You can drop off your furniture at UStore, 3420 N. Rock Rd in Wichita from 8:00 to noon on July 19 and Aug 9.

If you need to drop off furniture on another day, call Josh Hildebrand at 620-546-3836 to schedule a time to meet someone at Ustore.

You can also drop off furniture and other household items the day of the GiveAway at First Free Church in Wichita on Aug 23 between 8:00 – 10:00 am. Thank you for blessing international students with items a college student would need.

Items needed:
We are looking for basic items a college student would need in their apartment/dorm.
Beds, couches, tables, chairs, desks, shelves, dressers, lamps, and nightstands. Basic kitchen items (no "gadgets"). Linens/towels. All items must be in good repair and clean, ready for distribution. No furniture from homes with indoor pets or smokers, please. Also, no large appliances and clothes.)

We're welcoming everyone interested in attending the Young Adults (18-35 years) group events, Small Group, and Sunday School class! We're inviting you to a FREE Sunday lunch on us! Let's meet up, play some games, and eat pizza together. We'll share all the ways we can connect now. Sign up today!

Please feel free to bring someone with you if they are interested in joining the Young Adults events this year (Social events, Small Group, Sunday school class, etc.).

Come to the Fiesta in the Activity Center for food and fellowship. Our traditional Amigo meal consists of DELUXE tostadas. All proceeds of this fundraiser go directly to the Children's Haven International home as a love offering to the ministry. Please consider being in attendance or grabbing a take-out meal. We hope to see you there!

We will serve the meal after both services at 10:15 and 12:00. Feel free to grab a "take out" meal for anyone who cannot stay after the services.

Grace Students (7th- 12th grade), it is time for COLOR WAR!! We're joining forces again with our FEC churches at Grace Fellowship in Hillsboro for a fun night of community! Get ready for Food, God's word, and a whole lot of colored powder being thrown. We hope to see you there!

Make sure to bring a change of clothes cause things are about to get messy!
If you would like to go and need a ride, we will be leaving from GCC Newton at 5:25. Please reach out to Bryant in advance so we can get a headcount of who is going!

Saturday, July 19 | 4:30–9:00pm | Jost Farm (3821 SW 48th, Newton KS 67114)

We invite you to come to the annual Men’s Steak Out at the Jost Farm for some mouth-watering, grilled steaks and great food. It would be a missed steak to pass up this meating! 

Join us at anytime after 4:30pm for games and conversation, a hearty steak meal at 6:00pm, followed by more games, conversation, and clay target shooting. Bring your sons and a friend or two and come enjoy an evening of rich fellowship. 

Registration will be a suggested $25 to help cover the cost of the food and supplies. 

Come enjoy a creative twist on mealtime at the Ladies Progressive Potluck. We will have dinner together while switching tables for a fun mix of faces and fellowship.
