Love Through Listening
Applying Active Listening to Friendships, Life, and Marriage.

Love Through Listening will provide you with tools to live out the often quoted but not always understood James 1:19, which says, "My dear brothers and sisters, understand this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger...” We want to be less reactive and never struggle with anger, but we often miss the fact that it all starts with knowing how to listen well! This conference will give you practical and tested tools to be the kind of listener Jesus would want His followers to be!

Chris Willis, a member of our church, has been trained in Active Listening by the FBI and the London Metro Police. He is going to come and share with our church a one-day event exploring Active Listening.

We will be meeting in the Worship Center at 8:30 am.

The cost is $5 per person, and that will cover the conference, coffee, and lunch!
