The Samaritan's Purse project Operation Christmas Child collects shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies, and hygiene items -and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way. They will also receive a booklet with a gospel presentation inside. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
This year, Grace will be a drop-off center for local churches. We are seeking volunteers willing to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Volunteer sign-up will occur in the foyer on October 26th and November 2nd. If you want to do so, please contact Marilyn Bisbee by phone at 931-335-7239.
You can pick up a box on November 2nd through November 16th at a table in the hall near the sanctuary.
