Romans 5:8 (ESV) 8 ...God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

John 3:16 (ESV) 16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

1 John 4:19 (ESV) 19 We love because he first loved us.

Father, we thank You and bless Your Name! You have loved us first, beyond measure through Your Son, Jesus.

Matthew 22:37–39 (ESV) 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the great and first commandment. 39 And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Please help us to grow in our love for You, and our love for people.

Matthew 28:18–20 (ESV) 18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

Equip and empower us to lead others to do the same.

Matthew 6:9–13 (ESV) 9 Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. 10 Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread, 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

James 1:17 (ESV) 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

Cause Your Name to be treasured and exalted among us. Cause Your Kingdom to come, and Your will to be done here as it is in Heaven. Provide for us daily, for we are dependent on You. You are the Great Giver, and every good gift comes from You. Lead us away from temptation and deliver us from evil. We want to be holy and honor You with our lives.

Hebrews 10:16 (ESV) 16 “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws on their hearts, and write them on their minds,”

Matthew 13:23 (ESV) 23 As for what was sown on good soil, this is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and yields, in one case a hundredfold, in another sixty, and in another thirty.”

Put Your instructions in our hearts and write them on our minds. Make our hearts like good soil so that we would receive Your Truth and it would bear fruit in our lives.

Luke 2:52 (ESV) 52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.

3 John 2 (ESV) 2 Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.

Numbers 6:24–26 (ESV) 24 The Lord bless you and keep you; 25 the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; 26 the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

Help us to grow in wisdom and stature and favor with You and with men. Make Grace Community Church prosper and be in good health just as our souls prosper. Bless us and keep us. Make Your face to shine upon us and be gracious to us. Lift up Your countenance toward us and give us peace.

Proverbs 14:34 (ESV) 34 Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.

Psalm 80:18 (ESV) 18 Then we shall not turn back from you; give us life, and we will call upon your name!

Please start a revival in my heart, Newton, and Kansas that will echo through our nation.

1 Timothy 2:1–6 (ESV) 1 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, 2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. 3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.

Acts 9:31 (ESV) 31 So the church throughout all Judea and Galilee and Samaria had peace and was being built up. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it multiplied.

Romans 13:1–7 (ESV) 1 Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad. Would you have no fear of the one who is in authority? Then do what is good, and you will receive his approval, 4 for he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore one must be in subjection, not only to avoid God’s wrath but also for the sake of conscience. 6 For because of this you also pay taxes, for the authorities are ministers of God, attending to this very thing. 7Pay to all what is owed to them: taxes to whom taxes are owed, revenue to whom revenue is owed, respect to whom respect is owed, honor to whom honor is owed.

Titus 3:1 (ESV) 1 Remind them to be submissive to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good work,

Give our governing officials wisdom and concern for religious liberty, so that believers would not be hindered from public worship and sharing Your truth with their neighbors.

Matthew 9:37–38 (ESV) 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

Send out our people to share Your gospel and lead others to follow You.

Hebrews 13:17 (ESV) 17 Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls, as those who will have to give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with groaning, for that would be of no advantage to you.

Acts 6:4 (ESV) 4 But we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”

Bless our elders and pastors with the unity that comes from Your Spirit. Strengthen them as they support the ministry of Your Word.

Isaiah 56:7 (ESV) 7 these I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer; their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”

Use our Grace facility as a house of prayer that will forever change our communities for Your Kingdom.

Acts 17:26–27 (ESV) 26 And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, 27 that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us,

Gift the worship and tech teams by Your Spirit to move our hearts to worship and reach the hearts of those who are separated from You.

Acts 4:29–31 (ESV) 29 And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldness, 30 while you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” 31 And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

Give every pastor of every Bible-believing, Jesus-following church the power of your Holy Spirit so that Your Kingdom would grow!

Acts 2:42–47 (ESV) 42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. 43 And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. 44 And all who believed were together and had all things in common. 45 And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. 46 And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.

Philippians 2:2 (ESV) 2 complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind.

Deuteronomy 13:4 (ESV) 4 You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear him and keep his commandments and obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fast to him.

1 Corinthians 12:4–7 (ESV) 4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; 5 and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. 7 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

Use us to spread a passion for Jesus and a joy in Jesus through our unique personalities and giftings You fashioned within us.

Matthew 18:10 (ESV) 10 “See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

Psalm 68:5 (ESV) 5 Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.

Psalm 91:11 (ESV) 11 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Move within our schools and universities, drawing young people to Your churches. Reach students and children through Igniter and our GraceKids ministries. Bless them with wisdom, protection, and a heart for planting gospel seeds. Put a hedge of protection around each child that is under our care. Send your angels to minister and protect where we are unable or unaware. Be a Father to the fatherless, and a Defender to the widow. Grant us the privilege to care for vulnerable women and children.

James 4:2–10 (ESV) 2 You desire and do not have, so you murder. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have, because you do not ask. 3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly, to spend it on your passions. 4 You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. 5 Or do you suppose it is to no purpose that the Scripture says, “He yearns jealously over the spirit that he has made to dwell in us”? 6 But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” 7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Be wretched and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will exalt you.

Matthew 6:12 (ESV) 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

John 8:24 (ESV) 24 I told you that you would die in your sins, for unless you believe that I am he you will die in your sins.”

Have mercy on us. Please forgive us for our evil and adulterous ways. Because of Your love and forgiveness, we forgive those who trespass against us. Send us Your Spirit so that none among us will die in their sins.

2 Thessalonians 1:11 (ESV) 11 To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power,

Hebrews 13:20–21 (ESV) 20 Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant, 21 equip you with everything good that you may do his will, working in us that which is pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.

Philippians 1:6 (ESV) 6 And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

Give us the power to accomplish all the good things our faith prompts us to do. Work in us that which is pleasing in Your sight, through Jesus Christ.

Ecclesiastes 7:8 (ESV) 8 Better is the end of a thing than its beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.

Ephesians 3:20–21 (ESV) 20 Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

May the latter days of Grace Community Church and Kansas be greater than the former. Please do above and beyond what we can ask or imagine.

Romans 11:36 (ESV) 36 For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

It’s in Jesus’ name we pray. For from Him & through Him & to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. Amen.
